【NEWS】Mikado Koko　平塚らいてうの言葉の朗読をフィーチャーしたシングル『In the Beginning, Woman Was the Sun』を3/8の国際女性デーにリリース

大阪在住のトラックメイカー Mikado Kokoは8日、シングル『In the Beginning, Woman Was the Sun』の配信を開始した。

本楽曲は、日本初の女性による文芸誌『青鞜』を創刊した女性解放運動家、平塚らいてうの言葉「元始、女性は実に太陽であった。(In the beginning, woman was the sun)」の朗読をフィーチャーしたネオ・クラシカル・トラック。

婦人参政権を求めるデモが起源となり制定された「国際女性デー（International Women’s Day）」の3/8を選んでリリースされている。

配信プラットフォームはbandcamp。
